Make Khoya

Mix milk powder, ghee, and milk, cook till soft.

Make Dough

Add khoya, maida, baking powder, little milk, mix smooth.

Shape Ball

Roll small smooth balls without cracks.

Fry

Cook on low heat till dark brown or black.

Make Syrup

Boil sugar, water, cardamom till sticky.

Soak & Serv

Soak jamuns in warm syrup, serve after 2 hours.
