A fabulous filling dish made out of steamed rice slow cooked with tangy spicy mixture of sautéed tomatoes, onion and Indian spices garnished with coriander leaves and served.
Directions for Use: Mix 2 teaspoon (20g approx) of this paste with 1 cup (150g approx) of cooked rice in a clean dry bowl thoroughly and set aside for 2 minutes. Home style Tomato Rice is ready to serve. For extra taste garnish with fresh coriander leaves and cashew nuts freshly roasted in sesame oil and serve.
Best served with fresh thick coconut chutney and sambar.
