Rasam is a south Indian, “must in the meal” preparation using light, less spicy and tangy ingredients. Many a times it is served as an appetiser like soup. A spicy format of this Rasam is an awesome accompaniment with Rice.
Directions for Use: Mix 1 teaspoon (10g approx) of this paste with 1 cup (150ml approx) of hot boiling water thoroughly. Home style Garlic Rasam is ready to serve. Best served with cooked rice as Poondu Rasam Sadham along with Sutta Appalam (Roasted appalam).
This Rasam can also be served as a soup / appetiser along with Sutta Appalam.
