Rasam is a south Indian, “must in the meal” preparation using light, less spicy and tangy ingredients. Many a times it is served as an appetiser like soup. A Peppery format of this Rasam is an awesome treat for the chilly evenings.
Directions for Use: Mix 1 teaspoon (10g approx) of this paste with 1 cup (150ml approx) of hot boiling water thoroughly. Home style Pepper Rasam is ready to serve. Best served with cooked rice as Milagu Rasam Sadham along with Sutta Appalam (Roasted appalam).
This Rasam can also be served as a soup / appetiser along with Sutta Appalam.
