How to Make Idlis with Rice Idli Instant Mix

mix 1 cup (100 g) of Rice Idli Mix with ¾ cup (150 ml) of water and ¼ cup (75 g) of curd. Stir well to form a smooth batter. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Grease the idli molds lightly with oil. Pour the batter into the molds and place them in a preheated idli steamer or cooker. Steam on medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
