Directions for use: A nice helping of this Thokku (Chutney) is best served as an accompaniment along with Chapatti, Dosa, Poori, Pongal, Vada, Uttappam and also with Curd Rice.
Typical South Indian Chutney made using Fresh Green Pudhina (mint) leaves nicely ground into paste and pickled using salt and other spices blended and seasoned with mustard and sesame oil.
