777 Andhra Style Amla Pickle turns fresh gooseberries into a sharp, tangy achar with true South Indian heat. Every amla is hand-mixed with garlic, mustard, red chilli, turmeric, fenugreek and asafoetida, then finished in gingelly oil the way pickles have been made at 777 since 1954.
The taste is sour, spicy and full-bodied, with amla’s natural vitamin C in every spoonful. Spoon it over hot rice, stir it through curd rice, or pair it with chapati and dal to lift an everyday meal into something that tastes like home.
